Право на свободное ведение предпринимательской деятельности o Вы имеете право заниматься предпринимательской деятельностью без незаконного вмешательства со стороны государственных органов или должностных лиц. o В соответствии со ст. 17 Конституции Кыргызской Республики , Кыргызская Республика создает условия для развития различных форм экономической деятельности и защищает интересы национальной экономики. Государство гарантирует защиту инвестиций и субъектов инвестиционной деятельности. 2. Защита от незаконных проверок o Проверки вашей деятельности должны проводиться в строгом соответствии с действующим законодательством. Любые незаконные проверки могут быть обжалованы. o В соответствии с Указом Президента КР от 29 января 2021 года УП № 3 «О защите собственности и поддержке предпринимателей и инвесторов» предусмотрено прекратить необоснованное вмешательство правоохранительных , фискальных и контролирующих органов в деятельность субъектов предпринимательства , воспрепятствование предпринимательской деятельности и нарушение законных прав собственников , в том числе из-за невыполнения и невозможности выполнения договорных обязательств. 3. Право на получение разрешений и лицензий o Вы имеете право на своевременное получение разрешений , лицензий и иных документов , необходимых для ведения бизнеса. 4. Защита от коррупции и произвола o Должностные лица не имеют права требовать взятки или создавать препятствия для вашей деятельности. 5.
