At this moment we are already here. In this body , in this reality , filled with these people and events. Mindfulness is to be existence , to be life in the body , through the senses. Beyond the mind , beyond concepts , judgments , and expectations. Exploring the present with curiosity by immersing with total acceptance of all manifested reality as it is. Not expecting any other rewards from life. After all , having the opportunity to experience life through the senses , through the body is already a reward. ,
