And the future will be represented by Oman's hopes and dreams for the years to come. The celebration will be held in Muscat, the capital of Oman. It will begin with a parade of traditional Omani military and cultural units. The parade will be followed by a speech by the Sultan of Oman, His Majesty Haitham bin Tariq Al Said.
